Living Better with Multiple Sclerosis

This new and exciting program is designed for those living with multiple sclerosis or for those who care for someone with the disease. Sessions include instruction on diet and healthy eating, meal planning and preparation, exercise and movement. Plus lifestyle and stress management. This is a scientific evidence- based program which provides up to the minute research recommendations. The goal is to help those with MS understand the relationship between their diet, their lifestyle and the disease. An overview of the disease as well as tips and strategies for living with MS will be addressed. 

Topics include: healthy eating & meal planning with MS, dietary fat, vitamin deficiencies related to MS, fighting fatigue with your fork, weight & energy balance,. Also, the various complementary/ alternative medicine and integrative strategies related to MS will be discussed. It is an interactive group program designed for those who are newly diagnosed with MS as well as those who are having difficulty managing the disease.
